About The Role

Purpose of the post:

To provide matchday assistance with operations for Academy fixtures over the course of a weekend.

 

About The Candidate

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure smooth operations for Academy fixtures.
  • Look after scouts, ensuring they sign-in and are looked after.
  • Make sure scouts are kept separated from parents/guardians.
  • Welcome match officials and show them to their changing facilities and organise payment.
  • Ensure restricted areas are only accessed by those who have authority to access.
  • Ensure the playing venue is presentable and ready for visitors.
  • Be the main point of contact on a matchday for any issues.
  • Report issues to the Academy secretary.
  • Adhere to all Club Doncaster policies and procedures.
  • Champion safeguarding to ensure the best child welfare and protection.
  • Provide an inclusive and welcoming environment to everyone in attendance on a matchday.
