About the Role
We are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for two full-time Apprentice Coaches to join our Category 3 Academy. This role will support a wide range of programmes delivered by both Notts County FC and the Notts County Foundation.
As an Apprentice Coach, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality coaching sessions in primary schools (during curriculum time and extracurricular activities), within the Pre-Academy, and across a variety of community programmes. Alongside your coaching responsibilities, you will benefit from guidance and development through our Academy Coach Development Programme.
Key Responsibilities

Undertake key administrative duties in partnership with the Notts County Foundation.

Work closely with both Foundation and Club staff to deliver the Primary School Programme.

Signpost players to the FSM First Kicks programme and identify talented individuals for the Pre-Academy.

Act as the primary point of contact for schools and teachers.

Ensure the safeguarding and welfare of all participants in the First Kicks programme.

Contribute to the development and promotion of the Club’s Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) initiatives across Notts County FC, the Academy, and the Foundation.

Plan and deliver engaging sessions as part of the Academy’s First Kicks programme.
