We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Mixologist to join our Hospitality Team. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
The main purpose of this role is to ensure that customers consistently receive the highest quality of service. The position involves overseeing the operations of the bar and ensuring that all staff perform their duties to the best of their ability. A strong focus on delivering excellent customer service is essential, along with maintaining high standards of hygiene, health, and safety. The role also requires ensuring efficiency and consistency in all areas of work, as well as enforcing strict stock and financial controls to support smooth and effective operations.
Main Responsibilities
Creation of new cocktails and keeping up to date with industry trends whilst adhering to the weights and measures act and the licencing objectives
Experience in Developing menus and offerings Is preferred
Ensure all venues open on time and that they are ready for business.
Ensure excellent front of house service
Ensuring presentation of cocktails are in line with company standards
Complete daily paperwork to ensure the safe running of the venues, and for those standards to be monitored and maintained throughout the shift.
Pre-empt and actively responding to problems that arise and keeping management up to date
Assist in cash handling procedures as required for example PDQ and contactless payments
Assist in the training of bar staff
Complete required cleaning tasks in accordance with the Bars daily and weekly tasks sheet
Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional development among staff
Monitor inventory levels, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock
