About The Role

An exciting new opportunity has arisen within our Academy. We are looking for a hard-

working individual to lead our Strength & Conditioning department. The successful

candidate will be responsible and oversee the physical development for all players in the

Academy across the age groups from U9’s to U18’s. This person will deliver practical

sessions, create individual programs, help develop the physical programme and manage

staff within the department

About The Candidate

Essential:

 

  • MSc in Sports Science or Strength and Conditioning Previous experience in similar role
  • Fa EFFAiF (BFAS) Other relevant qualifications
  • Clean driving licence Previous experience in similar role
  • DBS check undertaken
  • Computer literacy
Desirable 
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge and experience of EPPP 
  • Experience of Kitman Labs
  • Understanding of Academy Audit processes
