Role Summary

 

We are seeking an enthusiastic coach to drive player progression within our Emerging Talent Centre (U11–U15) and U18 age groups.

In this role, you will assist Lead Coaches and support Assistant Coaches in delivering high-quality ETC sessions, providing targeted feedback across technical, tactical, physical, and psychological pillars while developing your own coaching practice.

Key Job Outcomes

 

  • Support the planning and delivery of training sessions and matchday’s to a high standard for your designated age group.
  • Prioritise personal development and learning whilst maintaining a safe environment at all times
  • Support and promote a safe environment for all and report any safeguarding concerns to the appropriate nominated individual at the earliest opportunity.
  • To attend CPD events in order to continually develop you own personal skills and knowledge alongside utilising and implementing these skills to improve the quality of ETC delivery.
  • To uphold the wider CUFC club ethos, delivering the brand standards of outstanding customer service whilst ensuring a clear and effective line of communication is maintained across the team and club.
