Lead and coordinate the Academy Education Programme across all development phases.
Ensure the Academy complies with EFL Youth Development Rules relating to education and player care.
Monitor and support the academic progress, attendance and wellbeing of Academy Players.
Develop strong working relationships with schools, colleges, tutors and educational providers.
Support Academy Players in balancing football commitments alongside educational development.
Coordinate and contribute to Multi-Disciplinary Reviews and Individual Learning Plans.
Maintain accurate education records, reports and player progress data.
Support Academy Player inductions, transitions and exit pathways.
Develop and deliver personal development and life skills programmes.
Work collaboratively with coaching, player care, safeguarding and medical departments.
Contribute to Academy audits, compliance processes and continuous improvement planning.
Attend Academy meetings, fixtures and events as required.
Represent Rochdale AFC professionally and positively at all times.
