About The Role

Here at West Bromwich Albion Football Club we have an exciting new opportunity to join our experience team as Fan Experience Manager.

The Fan Experience Manager is responsible for the planning and delivery of engaging, high-quality matchday and event experiences that enhance fan satisfaction, support engagement and encourage repeat attendance.

This role focuses on experience design and execution, ensuring key fan touchpoints - particularly on matchdays for both the men and women’s first teams - are well planned and consistently delivered. The role works collaboratively across departments to influence the wider fan journey and support the delivery of core experiential elements.

About The Candidate

Person Specification 
Essential Criteria 
  • Ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Willingness and ability to work evenings and weekends as required for events and matchdays.
  • A proactive approach with the ability to take ownership and work independently.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment
  • Full driving license
  •  Right to Work in the UK
Desirable Criteria
  • Experience planning and delivering events, activations, customer experiences, or engagement initiatives.
  •  Strong organisational and project management skills, with evidence of managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
