About The Role

Job Summary and Objectives
Drive forward QPR's creative video output across our online and social channels, acting as a strong link between the two areas. You will create engaging short-form and cinematic content that brings the Club's Men's, Women's and Academy teams to life for our fans, working closely with the Communications team to plan, film, edit and publish content across all major social platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Editing engaging short-form content for platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts and X.
  • Developing creative concepts that maximise engagement, reach and shareability.
  • Bringing strong video editing skills to both fast-turnaround social content and premium cinematic production.
  • Planning, publishing and optimising content across all Club social media platforms.
  • Filming coverage of matches and training, ranging from the Men's First Team to the Development Squad and Women's First Team.
  • Working with popular and up-and-coming content creators.
  • Ensuring all content is of high editorial quality, consistent with brand and style guidelines.
  • Working with the Communications team to develop content ideas.
  • Collaborating with internal departments, including Marketing, Commercial and the Community Trust, to plan and promote content based on seasonal priorities, activities and initiatives.
  • Managing multiple projects, whilst maintaining quality and balancing time constraints and tight deadlines.

The duties and responsibilities described are not a comprehensive list and additional tasks may be assigned to the employee from time to time; or the scope of the job may change as necessitated by business demands.
