Laundry Assistant

What are we looking for?

Essential

• Previous experience in a laundry, cleaning, hospitality, facilities, warehouse or similar practical environment.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work to agreed deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically able to lift, carry and move laundry bags and equipment safely.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours around the football schedule.
• Good understanding of workplace health and safety.
• Professional and respectful approach when working around players and staff.

Desirable

• Previous experience working within a professional sports or football environment.
• Experience operating commercial laundry equipment.
• Knowledge of laundry processes, garment care and stain treatment.
• Experience handling laundry chemicals and COSHH procedures.
• Previous experience working with sports kit or performance clothing.
• Experience working in a football club, hotel, hospital, care environment or similar setting.
